Taupo Bay

Taupo Bay is a stunning sheltered beach perfect for swimming and water activities. The bay offers beautiful golden sand and calm waters, making it ideal for families. Great for kids around low tide with plenty of exploring in the shallows. When conditions are right, it's also a popular surfing spot with a surf school available. Rocks at each end of the beach provide excellent fishing spots and great snorkeling opportunities. A commercial campground is located nearby.
